How to Optimize Hormones for Females

If there's an insulin resistance and PCOS component, knowing that you're somewhere on the axis, it's not a black or white thing. Mini women air too much on the side of cardiovascular or aerobic exercise; would benefit from more anaerobic exercise. Males are better at doing refeeds and also better at trying to increase their metabolism. If those two groups would switch, I think that health would generally improve in both groups.
