The Benefits of Spaced Out Sessions
I've had similar benefits to my own training by doing something very similar, especially for things that are maybe a little bit more chronic or just kind of nagging. Just if you can space things out, you're not poking at it quite so frequently and it lets things give things a bit more time. And then the deadlift or the back squat gets bumped to the next session within some limits there. But it kind of gives you more latitude to make some of those decisions as well.
