i want everyone to understand that our mind has crazy experiences. It's just what our mind does. And and i don't think you're crazy. You actually sound chack to me, to be incredibly sane. Even some of these things, like, if i ignore my anxiety and it'll go away. A lot of people will hear that and think that it's stupid. I think it's actually brilliant, because i think it's what you have learned that actually works. So this is going to sound kind of weird, that was like my thought ces inison. Yes, it's a completely reasonable thought process.
