Adding More Vegetables to Your Meals

Make sure you sleep seven to nine hours a night. Try to get that as high as possible and make sure nutrition is in line. Some tactics can be firstly, try to add more volume to your meals. When I start my journey to six pack, when I have a shoot coming up or for summer, I like to not eat as much volume initially. And then as I get closer to this leanness level where hunger is going to be more prevalent, I start increasing my fiber.
