How to Avoid Lactate Buildup in Your Training Picks

For every period that you briefly spent at higher intensity, your body will naturally combust more carbohydrate to fuel that intensity and as a byproduct of that, lactate is produced. In a situation where lactate is high, it will have to be burnt off before your body can return to fat oxidisation.
