I'm doing 140 grams of carbohydrate per hour when back in the day, like people were doing 60, 70, even 50 grams per hour. So it's so much higher than what historically has been thought of as the normal or what you should do. I really just try to keep the calorie deficit or doing a race as low as possible because it's just as low as low as it is. Or if you've managed to not have a calorie deficit at all going on to the run, it's just yeah, you would be just so much faster.
