i want to talk about barbecue and turkeys, cause i actually wantd to take it a little bit further back. When did you start barbecuing turkeys? Like, why was not a thing you started doing? And soke, so tell us about barbac turkey. L we know what a beautiful ho hog is like. We know that that smokiness that comes up, i think your style of whohogsis is not duper smoky,. That's not really yourvi. But you want to get a good smoke flavor oner, but not like knock your socks off.
