Athletes Can't Do a Short Run So I'm Going to Skip the Short Run
Athletes would do at least four hours of riding at race pace. A short break where they would eat a little bit in this kind of thing again to manage the load and recovery times. The day after then since we already did the swimming and I'm breaking up into two days we're gonna skip swimming probably today because now we are building quite big caloric deficit.
