The Pros and Cons of the Manager to SC Alignment
When you're assigned, the two SEs are assigned to all the salespeople. And I think it works well for AEs because they can always find an SE to drop on the calendar,. They don't have to shuffle calendars and try to make sure their SE can make it. So, there are some of the cons of the align model, right? But the pros in my experience just outweigh the cons in multiples.
