Introduction

i've been thinking about a lot of things and one of the things uh... things are what i think about. I definitely would not call it meditation because of your listening recording is not meditation right. It's only just that distinction probably matters for me but it's very good. They're like i would deal with your anxiety trying to relax and trying to get to sleep which is still a very valid thing to do. We talked about this planning haven't we dand i mean it's a good long with relaxation well you know let's just touch another sub base  underneath the shaft of the of the point, when you start over.
