Is It a Partially Squat?
If you squat with your toes forward, and you don't go through as much of a range of motion, you're an your goal as to jump higher. So really, i don't even like to call it a partial squat. Would be going towed out and then stopping when you still could have gone farther in the joint. We should probably squat within the available range of motion that we have,. Otherwise you're goin to get hip and pingement and then foam roll your sowous and squish on your intestines.
