Doing Endurance Training Before Strength Training Could Support Hypertrophy

There are lots of beneficial adaptations to endurance exercise everything from reduced blood pressure to pretty blood sugar control. People who have both high strength fitness so who are physically strong and high cardio respiratory fitness live longest, longer than people who only have one of those two characteristics. Some people think that it could positively affect adaptations to resistance training but the data don't show that doing both of them at the same time leads to greater hypertrophy.
