Just like you don't want a doctor to show up and just be sort of the best at what that individual does. What we need to do is help the best of an entire company show up in these interactions. That's kind of the zeitgeist you see us moving into. And go back to where we started, the onboarding of a new rep. Look, they're taking over existing accounts. Otherwise it takes a long time to ramp up.
