How Much Do You Know About Time Management?

Time management is something that I've spent years studying, reading and learning about. But how much do you find out? There's some guy called Carl on YouTube who's like a productivity guru. My brother-in-law is kind of slightly perfectly obsessed with him. If you take three consecutive days off, the third day is actually eight times more productive than the first. What I just got when I wrote my book is if you take two hours off to write the book, you write nothing. One of those, by the way, is book writing.
