We have mental issues in our country because we have this conditioned idea of what success should look like. You need to be at peace with the idea that success is a notion that has been again put by a system that wants to capitalise on your hamster wheel. There is no other thing and that is also happiness. It is in the joy of the present versus the idea of the future. And it is so hard for us to find it.
