I like the framing of aliveness instead of what makes me happy. Because happiness has a kind of sort of lightweight aliveness is it's all the levels and layers. So in terms of the things that make me feel alive before I do them are like when I look forward to trips. Things that make me feels alive when I'm actually doing them golfing surfing. Working out going on a walk. If I'm feeling down or low, I can put three things into my day and the value of my aliveness will go up. Such an athlete that I can say. I want today.
