The Role of RPR in Wake Up Drills

The RPR was originally developed as a warm up drill for athletes. It's not universal, so you have to develop your own kind of pattern and position because it's not universal. As far as like you think as far as it pain. Yeah, like it shouldn't hurt. You should feel like a relaxation. It should feel good. Like you should feel better. And when I was doing on the kids, they weren't necessarily feeling better when they were doing it on themselves. They felt better, which is the same reason.
