Relaxed Upright Body

I like to give the body tools by strength, training and mobility. Then let the body take care of the rest, really. Cadence is very individual, so there's no one cadence. Some athletes should run at 170, and some should run at 190. But I think John's point here is that rather than over-striding, you should increase your cadence.
