Getting a Good Night's Sleep
I typically wake up around 5.30 just sort of naturally, but my wife has an alarm set at 6.20 because we need to get everyone up so that we can get them to school and stuff. So it's no matter what, if I'm done or not, I got to do it. That is a really helpful thing when you think of a specific time like deadline. It's nice to be able to force your hand in some ways. Or for things that make the habit easier every time in the future.
