The Dangers of Breathing Too Much

Breathing is one of the most important ways we can impact the sense of anxiety and threat that we experience on a second-by-second basis. We end up getting too much carbon dioxide exhaled from the lungs, which causes our blood to become over oxygenated. Not breathing is the most dangerous situation for your body to be in. You can go without water for a certain amount of time but you can't not breathe.
