I ran for stress management. It was very stressful to be in nursing school. And then I graduated from nursing school in 2007 and started working as a nurse. My feet were hurting all the time because you're standing on your feet. 12 hours walking, like hauling people in and out of the bed. So I pretty much stopped running. For seven years, I was likeWorking as a nurse, being in a practitioner school and having three kids,. just like that maybe jog a little bit. Yeah. Just to get all of the energy out.
