No, I mean, it is a fast process compared with many other adaptions. But ultimately, the magnitude of these steam resistance changes is going to be very, very, very kind of strongly affected by the type of training we're doing. We do see, you know, kind of repeated bout effects essentially being lost when we stop doing those kind of very fatiguing types of exercise. You know, so ultimately, if we're training in the very fatiguing weight, we're going to create a larger fatigue resistance kind of adoption. If we train in a much less fatigue, we're not going to create that much of a fatigue resistance adoption. So it is absolutely a fatigue resistance adopted
