The most important thing is to listen. After they've finished, reflect back what you've heard and that kind of sementit in it. They might not even realize how much they've said, but when you reflect it back, they really hear it. If you just sit there and ask them to tell you all the reasons not to get vaccinated, then that's going to be at a physical level, i mean, that those neural networks are going t strengthened right there in front of you.
