positive emotions are particularly fragile, again, they're not as potent or powerful as the negative emotions. And so there's this is why im a mind training through meditation can be a really effective way to help people learn how to self generate positive feelings. A huge light bulb went off for me when i was introduced to some work on what's called meta meditation, or loving kindness meditation. I wanted to just find out whether the build part of the broadnand build theory held water.
