We know that there's always stressers, and life's not going the way we think it should go. And i want to hilate one of the major challenging currents that many are facing, that need space and holding. You've probably noticed that the more stressed, the more reactive we, you know, anxious or angry. With that, we're conditioned to turn against ourselves. We don't like how we're feeling, how we're acting. This is a really deep conditioning. I call it the trance of unworthiness,. It just affects our entire reality, this self aversion and doubt.
