Running is a big part of my life, and especially for my mental health. I've got so used to it that when i suddenly don't go out for long runs, i'm really missing it. You will notice a lot of changes, but especially in your mental health. Once you connect with who you are, or what you can do and what your body is capable of doing, you get this inner strength. And that inner strength then goes into all s of your life,. Whether you're looking after elderly parents, whether you've lost a child or a loved one...you need that inner strength to be able to get through some of those traumatic experiences.
