I've never aligned with affirmation stuff that just feels like, yeah, I don't understand how affirmations are different from gaslighting. To me, it feels much more constructive to be like,Yeah, I actually feel like trash or this is really disappointing to me. And also now we can move on to the next thing. Or I've gotten really into my younger sister recommended an app called Thought Diary maybe. It's basically cognitive behavioral therapy in an app in a lightweight where you can have exercises if I'm really in a dark hole. Yeah. Like paying for your peace of mind is something that's pretty worthwhile to pay for.
