The Importance of High Frequency Training
The intent is high frequency. And because it's high frequency and you're doing it three to four times a week, like pretty much almost every other day, then the volume per load or the volume per session doesn't need to be that high. The body is very capable of tolerating these loads if they are spread out over the course of a week with high frequency. Another good example is pre-fontain, right? Like pre-ran four to eight miles every day as a easy run from Bowerman's Heart Easy Paradigm at about six minute pace to five minute pace.
