The Importance of Therapy
I think my therapy from a kid, and I look back, like for sure, like, I was stressed. And maybe that's why I became the body coach. Have you ever gone to therapy? I had one therapy session with a counselor once because I was basically in a relationship that I didn't want to be in. It really helped because it changed the direction of my life. So yeah, I've had it once. But if I feel like I needed it, I'd be open to it. I see it as personal training for the mind, isn't it? Why not take care of your brain and your heart and your mind? And that can be done through therapy.
