How to Coach a Low Performer
If you're coaching a low performer or even if you're just trying to coach yourself, go look at where their time is being allocated. Break your sequences into people who could be an immediate opportunity and those who cannot but might still be helpful. If you have overdue tasks, that is not a bad thing. Just try to make sure they don't get more than two to three days overdue.
