Are You Trying to Preserve Body Mass With Fasting?
There is a percentage of the people who are really good at following these things. They find out that autophagy is great and increases stem cells. So they are in the one out of 20 people who are metabolic reflexive already. At my age and my fitness level and percentage of body fat, I don't think it's healthy for me to do anything. And so I am concerned about preserving body mass.
