If i don't almost force myself to do a yoga nidra session or a meditation session or more relaxing not a whim hoppy but a more relaxing breathwork session or a siesta by the time i get to dinner with the family in the evening i'm toast, grumpy and i feel like i have been gas pedaling it the entire day so even when i don't feel like it i lay down and sometimes within about 10 minutes my body begins to down regulate. That's just a gift that i give myself for 20 to 45 minutes on as many days of the week as possibleso yeah i think there's a lot of things that people need to consider when it comes to this
