We all have these different triggers that are a reflection of moments in our life in childhood typically where we did not feel safe. And then we have these really scary feelings that get activated, but we don't feel the feelings and instead of feeling the feelings, we do something over the trigger. So for some people, it might be when they're at work and their boss tells them that they're doing something wrong. They get really defensive and freaked out or when the news is really scary.
