In a perfect world, that might be what we could do, but in reality, we can't. We just, that is not feasible. To randomize a thousand patients into a study, you're talking on average 10, 20 million dollars. There are lots of related questions where, you know, the ethical concerns really limit what we can do with randomized controlled trials.
