The Importance of Flexibility in Young Children

At six years old, they do start to get the joints starting to tighten up a little bit because of mature growth. I don't believe in stretching, but not before you stretch. There's never been one study that pretty stretching for your event helped at all. That's what the reason why the majority of stuff I do is mobility training. And just because somebody has a range of motion doesn't mean that they have it's an active range of motion.
