They spend about half of their time every day, about 50% of their time with patient facing with their patients conducting the new patient experience. Niren: I want you to design your seven or eight part patient tour. Think of it as 7 or 8 stops on a tour, kind of like Lolly the trolley going down Main Street with seven or eight stops. If you don't have seven or eight things to talk about in your practice, figure that out because you're not giving a reason to patient to come to you.
