The Challenges for Luxury Brands in the Coming Years

The big challenge for the luxury brands is that they have if you like seven headwinds against sustainability. The second problem is that the luxury industry is actually selling us dreams and these dreams are about fueling more and more consumption. So this mindset needs to change. We're seeing an acceleration of the pace of innovation, product innovation across the board. That's completely inconsistent with the era of responsible consumption that we'll need in order to keep things under control.
