Hr v - Is This Normal?

Those with less than 50 millo seconds m of h r v are considered unhealthy, and those with an h r v from 50 to 100 millo seconds are considered to have compromised health. There've been numerous studies looking at identifying norms, but the largest study ever done on normalizing data was done compiling forty four selected studies which examined over 21 thousand adult participants. Some things to keep in mind, first, this analysis included three large populations with a minimum age of Forty that may actually end up explaining their comparatively low scores.
