How to Select Intensity, Within Two Raps of Technical Failure
When it comes to getting stronger and putting on muscle, here's the keyi be somewhere between six to eight reps for three to four sets. And use an intensity this is critical, that is within two raps of technical failure. The thing with conditioning is, you kind of want variety for your conditioning. So one to two days a week of conditioning. Every single day, just move your body in for an extended period of time at a low intensity.
