How to Be at Peak Performance

If you switch time zones and you like if I fly from here which is where we are as LA to New York and that's a three hour time difference it will take approximately three days to adjust to that schedule. For some people just imagine athletes or somebody who is going to be going to play in a chess championship. Wow. So that's why to be at our peak performance we should be on time to have a clock. Next time I get hired to speak at an event in Europe I'm going to let them know that I need to fly in eight days earlier. Or you can time your talk to very early morning. That's the least preferred option.
