The ACAS Code for Dismissal

ACAS code doesn't actually distinguish or give a totally separate process for performance versus misconduct, which is quite interesting. So it is not suggesting that you might move straight to dismissal. Wouldn't rule that out completely? No, it can sometimes happen. Obviously, what you would be looking at is very, very serious act of something probably bordering on gross negligence. Other examples might be where you have just some complete inability to do some particular key area of the role. And I could perhaps be more creative in trying to think of answers but it'd be very rare.
