Physiology for Running - Is Ten K Too Fast?

In theory, i it's essentially the same. But in practical terms, again, as long asouno, i could see u using a tin ka. I suspect for maxim like that steady state is, ten k is just a bit too fast. And then up to 60 minutes is where i would want to have as as a functional test. You know, what's the speed or the power you can hold in that range?
