Private Equity - How to Compete With the Bankers
There's plenty of times where we didn't hear about a deal. The good thing with private equity as they usually have a strategic goal to monitize that acquisition, with it that five o, seven year time train. At one of my previous companies, they were being very reactive. I was like, usually never buy deals in the processs the best way to get the best pricean so just helping educate people is key.
