How to Overcome a Plateau in Running

I wouldn't say I've had any plateaus just because there's been so many other factors with stanley and injuries. For me, what we would always do is I really rely heavily on journaling. And during those times I like to go through and kind of read about the things I've been doing well and journaling about. You know, I'm not afraid to in the middle of a season take a three day break and just unplug from all things sport. Get away a little bit. Don't talk about sport. Don't do sport. you don't lose anything by not training for three days.
