How to Slow Your Breathing
When you slow your breathing it automatically triggers your heart rate to slow down. Yawning is a wonderful way to slow your breathing and you can force yourself to yawn. Laughter when we laugh especially again belly a good old belly laugh. I encourage people to create a playlist on YouTube or tic-tac that stimulates that gafar that stimulates that good belly laughter That's what they need to trigger their relaxation response.
