The Importance of Selling on the Phone

I was among the first few guys to join this call center. It was a really fun place. Terrible pay, no money, horrible night shift. I think I learned all my life skills really in the call center because there was selling on the phone. People. You're constantly saying something which can help you sell something. Like I still remember the first email I had sent, I said, if you can get to 10,000 customers, we have arrived in life.
