Do You Think Fasting and Training Can Improve Longevity?
If i do fast, ay, it's probably more on the lower end of 14 to 16 hours. And very rarely now, like you only once or twice a year or something. Do you not think that the fasting plus the training fastted, has a really nice effect on emeabolic health? Which in turn probably helps suppress appetite or allow you to burn fout more effectively. Maybe. But, m, i'm sceptical of my own introspection ofer things when it comes to this stuff as well. It's why we try and do round andwise experiment.
