So many people who are conditioned to be yes, men or yes, women in the sale will nod and say, will not say what they're thinking. But if you think that's a ridiculous idea, you should stop right there and say that’s a ridiculous idea. She says all those things can make this go horribly wrong because some people can make it worse than others. And generally speaking, general speaking is better for business but don't give up on being able to do anything at all.
