The Differences Between in-Person Therapy and Online Therapy
I don't think online therapy will or should replace in person. There's different benefits to both. In an in-person session, you're sitting there face to face. You know, on both sides, there's this commitment to be somewhere physically with the online option. It is a bit more flexible. And I have found some of my newer clients are ready to jump right in. They're not as nervous because they haven't needed to travel to this unfamiliar place. So, that makes it different. We've all had this crash course and how to function online. What what should people expect? Like, how does it differ the experience of therapy online versus in person? Yes.
