Don't let the pursuit of marginal gains blind you to the opportunity and relative ease at which you can get substantial gains, not marginal gains. Just sleep more, like, it's a small thing. And chances are they're low hanging fruit. All those things would help you so much more than trying to think of like, maybe if I don't put mayonnaise on my sandwich, I'll get faster.
